For International Participants
A shuttle bus will be provided from the conference venue.
After the presentations on Day 1, staff members will guide you to the bus. There are staff members outside the Shiiki Hall. Please board the bus as instructed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bus will depart from in front of Shiiki Hall at 4:45 PM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please gather at the entrance of Shiiki Hall by 4:35 PM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the return trip, please use the subway.
The nearest station is Hakozaki-Miyamae Station<\/strong>.

The Hakozaki Shrine Hojoya Festival is also being held nearby.
<\/strong>It is a traditional festival that honors all living things, discourages the killing of animals, and expresses gratitude for the autumn <\/strong>harvest.
It is a large-scale event with many visitors.
If you are interested in experiencing a Japanese festival, we encourage you to visit.
