We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If the congress is canceled due to natural disasters, etc., the entry fee will not be refunded.

6. Oral Presentation / Poster Presentation
Academic presentations are scheduled on the 17th and 18th.
• For each oral presentation, the chair will be the presenter of the preceding talk. A timekeeper will be provided by the organizers.
Computer for oral presentation
- Please use your own laptop for your presentation, connecting it to the projector provided at the podium.
- Please bring any necessary power adapters or display connectors for your laptop.
- The venue will provide an HDMI cable for the projector.
Please note that Apple computers and some Windows laptops may require a special adapter to connect to the HDMI cable. - The power supply in Fukuoka is 100 volts / 60 hertz.
- Laser pointer will be provided.
Presentation times
Country report 17 min for presentation and 3 min for discussion
Invited lecture 25 min for presentation and 5 min for discussion
Oral presentation 15 min for presentation and 3 min for discussion
Oral presentation (Student) 12 min for presentation and 3 min for discussion
Poster Presentations
- Poster session will be held in the South Foyer on the 2nd floor.
- Poster board size: 860 mm (width)× 1760 mm (height). An A0-sized poster (841 mm × 1189 mm) fits within this space.
- During the poster session (Day 2, 15:30 – 17:00), please remain near your poster to present your work and answer questions.
- Posters can be set up anytime from the morning of Day 1.

Please make your own hotel reservations.
The reception will be held along the subway line, so finding a hotel along the subway airport line would be best.
There are many hotels around Tenjin Station and Hakata Station.

各口頭発表において、座長は前の発表者が務めます。
タイムキーパーは主催者側で用意いたします。
発表にはご自身のノートパソコンをご使用ください。演台に設置されたプロジェクターに接続していただきます。
ノートパソコンに必要な電源アダプターや映像出力用のコネクターは各自でご持参ください。
会場ではプロジェクター用にHDMIケーブルを提供します。
Apple製のコンピューターや一部のWindowsノートパソコンでは、HDMIケーブルに接続するために専用のアダプターが必要な場合がありますのでご注意ください。
福岡の電源は100ボルト／60ヘルツです。
レーザーポインターは会場で提供されます。

ポスターセッションは2階の南側ホワイエで開催されます。
ポスターボードのサイズは幅860mm × 高さ1760mmです。
**A0サイズ（841mm × 1189mm）**のポスターはこのスペース内に収まります。
ポスターセッション（2日目の15:30～17:00）の間は、ポスターの近くにいて、研究内容の説明や質問への対応をお願いします。
ポスターの設置は1日目の朝からいつでも可能です。
