Q：インターンシップ届出書（事前）の提出について教えてください。

インターンシップに参加される前には、必ず下記WEB FORMにてインターンシップ届を事前に入力するようにお願いいたします。

WEB FORMで入力したものついては、紙に出力して、プリントアウトしたものに指導教員の署名（もしくは押印）をいただき、農学部学生課へご提出ください。

間違えて入力した・入力したけれど参加しなかった場合は、必ずご連絡ください。

特に、夏季休暇を利用したインターンシップが増えてくることが予想されますが、手続きの流れ・保険への加入・提出書類等については、

事前に本学のホームページに目を通していただくようお願いします。

・原則的に、個人で応募する民間企業のインターンシップは農学部学生課の所管、

・県、省庁、行政等については、センター1号館のキャリア奨学金・就職支援課が所管となります。

共にWEB FORMでの事前入力が必要ですが、センター1号館では、別途書面での届出書の提出を求められることありますので、指示に従ってください。

Please print out the form and submit it to the Student Affairs Section of the Faculty of Agriculture after having your supervisor’s sign (or affix his/her seal) on it.

If you entered the information by mistake or entered the information but did not participate, please be sure to contact us.

In the header regard, it is expected that the internship program you intend to participate is increasing before summer holiday.

The flow of procedure, buying an insurance and Internship Notification Form you need to submit should be referred to our website in advance.
