留学、出張、私事（例えば、旅行）等で海外へ渡航する場合は、原則として出発の１か月前までに以下のオンライン海外渡航届を提出してください。交換留学やダブルディグリープログラムなど長期の留学の場合は、留学願・留学計画書と協議会資料（学籍異動・留学用）もご提出ください。

If you travel overseas for study abroad, business trip, or personal matter (e.g. traveling), please submit the following online overseas trip notification at least one month before departure in principle. For long-term study abroad programs such as exchange or double degree programs, you need to submit the Application for Study Abroad / Study Abroad Plan and Council materials (for academic transfers and study abroad) as well.
