WIS 2025

The Workshop on Interdisciplinary Sciences (WIS) is an annual international event hosted by Kyushu University in Fukuoka, Japan. Since its inception in October 2019, WIS has provided a dynamic platform for researchers and postgraduate students to share their work across diverse scientific fields.

WIS 2025 will continue this tradition, offering both in-person and online sessions for participants worldwide.

  • On-site (Not attending Kuju trip):
    • General: 10,000 JPY + 10% fee (Pay here)
    • Students: 5,000 JPY + 10% fee (Pay here)
  • Including Kuju Trip (Nov 15–16):
    • General: 19,000 JPY (Pay here)
    • Students: 13,000 JPY (Pay here)

    Fee includes 1 night shared accommodation, dinner (Nov 15), breakfast (Nov 16). Please bring your own towels, toothbrushes, etc. Basic toiletries like soap/shampoo are provided.

    Transportation from Ito Campus to Kuju Center is covered by Kyushu University.
