Food Hygienic Chemistry
Food Hygienic Chemistry laboratory aims at securing the safety and wholesomeness of foods. Objects of our research are from farm to table, which is fresh produce and processed foods that have the possibility to be infected with pathogenic or spoilage bacteria. To keep the quality of food and avoid the risk of food poisoning, at present, the following six major themes are studied.
