How modern diets affect our health through the alteration of gut microbiome ?
JSPS Core-to-core project “Establishment of Gut Microbiome Research Core linking Asian Foods and Health” is launched in 2022, together with talented scientists from six countries. This project aims to establish platform of international scientific collaboration to understand Asian gut microbiota linking our unique dietary culture and health of Asians as well as capacity building of young scientists involved in this field. Figure in below shows the organization of this project to address the question "How modern diets affect our health through alteration of gut microbiota ?"
