Day 1 (Tuesday, June 9)
On June 9, I participated in an on-site World Café session, where I had enjoyable and productive conversations with researchers from France, Japan, and Spain. We discussed our current research projects as well as our plans for future conference presentations. This session provided an excellent opportunity to build and strengthen research networks across Europe and Asia.
In the afternoon, I attended the “Toward an Evolutionary and Developmental Understanding of Neural Circuits in Mental Disorders” session. Poster mounting also took place that afternoon in preparation for the poster presentations.
Day 2 (Wednesday, June 10)
In the morning, I attended the oral presentation session on Metabolism and Disease Models and Reproduction and Germ Cells. In the afternoon, I presented my research poster entitled “Effects of Carbenoxolone-Mediated Gap Junction Inhibition on Tissue Development in Chicken Embryos.” The poster session provided a valuable opportunity to share my research findings and receive constructive feedback from other participants.
Day 3 (Thursday, June 11)
On the final day of the conference, I attended the Morphogenesis and Organogenesis 1 session in the morning. In the afternoon, I continued presenting my poster and had several engaging discussions with researchers. One of the French professors showed particular interest in my work, and we had a pleasant and insightful conversation about my research.
I am truly grateful for the opportunity to attend this year’s conference. It was an enriching experience that closely aligned with my research activities in Japan. The conference not only broadened my academic knowledge but also allowed me to establish valuable international connections and receive meaningful feedback on my research.
