Introduction

Our laboratory studies basic and applied fields in the food processing industry, such as industrial food production, food manufacturing machinery, and food waste treatment.

Research Topics

Developments of new sterilization technology, membrane emulsification process, analysis and evaluation of food flavor, high-pressure food processing, physicochemical modification of food, microwave food processing, and microwave- assisted chemical processes such as biomass conversion.
