We have signed an inter-departmental exchange agreement with the Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR) and the International Center for Research in Agroforestry (ICRAF)!

The Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR) is a research institution aiming to promote environmental conservation and socio-economic development through sustainable forest management and land use, with a particular focus on the preservation of tropical forests and adaptation to climate change. Meanwhile, the International Center for Research in Agroforestry (ICRAF) is an international organization conducting research and dissemination of agroforestry techniques that integrate agriculture and forest management, aiming to reduce rural poverty, improve livelihoods, and conserve biodiversity.
This time, the Graduate School of Agriculture and the Tropical Agriculture Research Center at Kyushu University have signed an inter-departmental exchange agreement with CIFOR and ICRAF. Future research collaboration with CIFOR and ICRAF is highly anticipated.
